I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition, with broken windows and mold. However, the staff was accommodating enough to refund my unused nights despite the initial non-refundable policy. I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the poor room conditions and lack of maintenance.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location is outstanding, right on the beach with breathtaking sunset views. The service was exceptional, especially from the managers who were genuinely concerned about our experience. The dining was fantastic with generous portions and delicious food. However, I wished the rooms had a bit more flair to match the beautiful setting.
